On average it takes about 5 minutes for users to complete this form. Incomplete booking requests will be deleted automatically after 60 minutes.

Instructions
To make a booking at Wixford Village Hall:
- Please make sure your selected time slot is at least 15 minutes apart from any adjacent bookings which are not yours.
- Read the Documents listed on the left hand side. Make sure that you can comply with our T&Cs.
- Log in to your account or create your account.
- Follow the instructions on screen
For Recurrent bookings click 'Repeat time slots' - you will be able to fine tune the specific dates before sending your request.
By sending us a Provisional Booking Request you confirm that you have read and understood and agree with our Terms and Conditions of hire.
